Welcome to the Rose & Crown website !

The Rose & Crown is a friendly village inn dating back to the 18th Century. It is situated near the picturesque and historic market town of Ashbourne, Gateway to the Peak District National Park, and only 6 miles from Alton Towers.

We are a freehold, family run business, focussing on excellent food and drink and professional service in a friendly environment. We welcome families in both the bar and restaurant and our bed-and-breakfast accommodation includes a family room.

As a traditional village pub, we always welcome those who come to drink a pint of locally brewed ale in front of a roaring fire or to enjoy the garden on a summer's evening. Alternatively our no-smoking 26 seater restaurant will more than reward those seeking a more formal dining experience.

We look forward to welcoming you soon.
